Crude Palm Oil (CPO) is the earliest derives from its raw fruits. It is mainly extracted from its mesocarp through the process of crushing and it consists approximately 21% of oil contains as a whole. CPO is a high fiber vegetable oil. It is used for cooking oil because of it healthy content. As such, the price of CPO is said to be highest comparing to other oil palm by-products. Currently, Malaysia is the second largest CPO producer in the world.
